How to Book a Fridge or Washing Machine Repair

1
Tell us what’s wrong
Call or book online with the brand, model number and what the appliance is doing. A photo of any error code helps.
2
Pick a time
Choose a day and time that suits you. We’ll text you when the technician is on the way.
3
Diagnosis and quote
The technician tests the appliance, explains the fault in plain English and gives you a written quote.
4
Repair and test
Once you approve, we fix it and run it through a full test, plus an electrical safety test.
5
Pay and keep your warranty
Pay on the spot by EFTPOS, cash, bank transfer or PayID. Your invoice includes your warranty details.
Where’s the model number? On a fridge, it’s usually on a sticker inside, on a side wall or behind the crisper drawers. On a washing machine, look around the door opening or on the back panel.
